John Coffman
John graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1981. Upon graduation, he moved to Chicago and entered the Hart Schaffner and Marx clothing training program. John worked in Chicago for 18 months then moved to New York and spent a year there with the company. When a territory opened up, he became a southeastern regional sales representative. After traveling for 8 years, he joined Coffman’s in April of 1990. He is married to his wife Pam and they have 2 children, Sydnor and Harrison. His hobbies, other than the clothing business, are travel and sports.
Bill Coffman
Bill was 8 years old when he started working at Coffman’s washing windows, emptying the trash, and vacuuming the floors. Through high school and college Bill worked on the sales floors during Christmas and summers. After graduating from Elon College with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1986 and a Master’s of Business Administration in 1988, Bill came back to work full time at Coffman’s in June 1988. He is married to his wife Emily and they have two boys, Andrew and Ned.
Todd Howell
As a native of eastern NC, growing up in Washington, Greenville has certainly become home for Todd and his family. He was extremely fortunate to be the last person Mr. Coffman mentored when Todd began working at Coffman’s in 1996. Twenty-Six years later Todd is still as passionate about getting up and doing something he loves everyday. Most especially, Todd is thankful for his beautiful wife Reagan and her support in all he does and, their precious daughter Hamilton who is their greatest blessing and probably the most stylish of them all!
Hayes Conley
Originally from Rocky Mount NC, Hayes worked part time at Coffman’s while attending East Carolina University and took a full time job with Coffman’s in August 1992. He is married to his wife Shannon and they have two children.
Franco Sicilia
After apprenticing under a master tailor as a boy in Italy, Franco moved to the United States. As a master tailor, Franco worked with several men’s clothing manufacturers before joining Coffman’s in May 2005.
